Today I bought a new jean skirt and I wore it to my grandparents house. Later my grandpa asked me why i'm wearing ripped clothes that look really old. For the next hour I had to explain to him its style. He later gave me $20 to buy a new skirt :/ MLIP !

Today I was watching Gossip Girl and told my 7 year old sister to leave the room. My mom comes in asking "chi shodeh???". When I tell her the show's not appropriate for her, my mom tells me i shouldn't be watching either. I'm 16. MLIP.

My whole family thinks that being an actor/actress is equivalent to being a porn star, i want to be an actress but she wants me to be a doktor. However she encourages my brothers to be an actor or a singer. Persians have double standards. MLIpainfullyP
